Memories That Stick

Increased New Users by 320%

The Brief

Sticky9 are the cool, creative sister brand of Moonpig that brings your pictures to life on magnets, mugs, phone cases and more.

They set myclever™ Agency the brief to drive web traffic and sales in the UK, US and Australia. We were also asked to increase data for remarketing opportunities.

The Approach

“Memories That Stick” was inspired by a real life experience from our founder, Rob McNair.

To create a heartfelt birthday gift for their Grandma, Rob got his family to draw or write their fondest memories of her on a post-it note. He put these together in a frame to present to her.

“Memories That Stick” brought this to life online and created a whole new product for the brand. We built a web app for users to create and purchase their own magnet board of memories.

By connecting with social, people could pull pictures from their accounts and share their boards to collaborate with friends and family. This helped Sticky9’s existing customers reach new audiences through their existing fans.

The app was fully integrated into Sticky9’s e-commerce website.

The Results

“Memories That Stick” increased new users from social by 320% and had a conversion rate of 8%.

The app was so successful that we were asked to build One Direction and holiday themed versions soon after its launch.
